Rosemarie Rhyne

Rosemarie was born in New Jersey and came to Washington D.C. in 1958. She has lived in Northern Virginia, Capitol Hill, Chevy Chase Maryland, and Chevy Chase DC.

A graduate of the New Jersey school system, Rosemarie attended George Washington University and the University of Maryland, College Park, majoring in Psychology and Social Work.

She has worked in all areas of need, but her specialty is work with the elderly. She retired fifteen years ago after thirteen years of social work/counseling in a large (3000 member) local church. She has served as president of the board of a large local retirement center, as a member of the board of Shepherd’s Table, and as president of The National Capital Lawyers Auxiliary.

Rosemarie's reputation as an agent is one of fairness, knowledgeable and caring service to her clients and friendly cooperation with other agents.

She has been married to S. White Rhyne since 1959, and they have three grown children and five grandchildren.

  Patty Rhyne-Kirsch

Patty was born in Washington, DC in 1963. She has lived on Capitol Hill, in Chevy Chase, Silver Spring, and currently lives in Kensington, Maryland.

A graduate of the Montgomery County public school system, Patty earned her BS degree from the University of Delaware in 1985.

Upon graduation, Patty went to work for Hazleton Laboratories and the US Department of Defense before entering real estate in 1989.

Since then, Patty has made a name for herself in the Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia real estate community. She is a member of the Chairman's Club, ranked in the top 3% of all agents Nationwide.

Patty's reputation as a real estate agent is one of friendly, detail oriented and dedicated service.

She is married to Peter Kirsch and they have three children: Kyle 15, Mitchell 12, and Sydney 9.
